Webster Residence
Renovations & Additions

floorplans

The client purchased this 1890’s row house that had undergone several renovations that were not cohesive knowing that a major renovation would be needed in the future. The four story residence was completely renovated and the existing two story frame addition was replaced with a three story masonry addition. This addition was a key improvement to the house that added 900 square feet and a 4th floor rooftop deck off the master bedroom with spectacular views of the city and nearby church steeples. A new steel sky bridge was added to connect the 2nd floor kitchen to the roof deck on top of the garage.

There are several focal points to this home. First, the master bathroom is a stunning space with a unique wet room. The skylight illuminates the glass tiled partition wall and vanity. Second, is the cozy family room off the kitchen that features a custom designed green/grey rough slate stone fireplace and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard and garage rooftop garden. Finally, a gorgeous entertaining room was included on the first floor with floor to ceiling windows that walk out to the garden. The ceiling is paneled mahogany wood and the wet bar is a copper countertop with walnut wood cabinets.
