This five story 1800’s Romanesque style mansion on Lake Shore Drive was converted into two units with the first three floors using the original design features of the house and the top two floors were converted to a contemporary 1980’s design and made into a separate unit with a separate entrance. The client wanted to de-convert to a single family home using the historical design features from the first three floors.

The top two floors were converted into a great room with fireplace and bar, three bedrooms and 3.5 baths including a nanny’s quarters, second laundry room and mechanical room.
