Hudson Street
Renovations & Additions

floorplans

This project converted a rental two flat into a spacious three bedroom, three and a half bath single family home in the Old Town neighborhood. This residence was located in a historic landmark district so approval from the city landmarks department was required before construction could begin. The entire residence was gutted down to exterior walls. An addition was built in the back to give some much needed space to the 2nd and 3rd floors. A partial basement was created in what was the old crawl space. The attic was also built out to expand the livable/usable space.

To increase the outdoor space of the small city lot, a rooftop deck was designed for the top of the garage with a bridge that connected to the second floor of the house.
