Studio Villanueva had remodeled this client’s bathrooms in a previous townhouse and they enjoyed it so much that remodeling the bathrooms in their new home was a top priority. The goal was to reconfigure the adjacent bathrooms to improve the functionality of both spaces. The master bath now has a walk in linen closet, a whirlpool bath with shower, heated toilet, and two sink vanity.
As in their previous home, the client wanted their children’s bath to be whimsical yet stylish to transition through their development. This bathroom was expanded by over two feet so that a custom designed vanity cabinet could be installed. The cabinet provided much needed storage for a bath that previously had none.
